Today I put a stereo in my laundry.
Why?

I spend a lot of time in my laundry.
On average I have four loads a day.
On average I have four loads a day.
Seriously.
When I decide to wash the beds,
or the towels it becomes much more.
So having music in my laundry:
Made me H.a.p.p.y!
Now I can dance while I iron,
wash and fold.
You know I really don't like having so much laundry to do...but, I find if my life is getting stressful, if I am feeling like I am way out of my comfort zone with different things I am involved with...I go do the laundry...it is something that I am familiar with and it relaxes me.
I feel like I am home within my home!
Now with loud music, I may never come out!
Should have done it years ago.
What a great idea! I think I have just as much washing as you too lol
ReplyDeleteI have enough washing with only four kids. I can't imagine how quickly yours piles up. I can barely fit in my laundry, so no stereo there, but I do crank up the music when I fold the mountains in the loungeroom at night :) Somehow music just makes the world a better place. 'Night.
