A month of happiness
Maybe it is the cold weather recently, maybe it is my over scheduled life right now, maybe it is just because I love to focus on happiness, maybe it is because I personally feel the need to or maybe it is because I am feeling a little older and slower lately....
....whatever the real reason, {just quietly I think it is all of those reasons}, I have decided to dedicate myself to working on my happiness list a little more intensely, a little more quickly and a little more whole heartedly.
I am taking my happiness list to a new level.
I am going to connect with my goal of finding happiness in a new way.
I am going to stare it right in the face, look a little deeper and really search my heart to see what truly makes me happy.
I don't know if I will or you will like what I see and find but, I am going to try to share it as best as I can.
I have decided that the best way to do this is to get happy for every day of the month of June.
Hot chocolate in hand, laptop on my lap and happiness in my heart.
I am going to blog 30 happiness ideas for this month.
I do have some sponsored post booked in for this month and on those days I will share two posts.
I hope you will join me in following my happiness journey for the month.
I am a little scared, I am a little excited and I am looking forward to the challenge.
A month of happiness can only be good?? right???
Have a great weekend everyone.

ReplyDeleteHi Naomi,
ReplyDeleteThis is such a wonderful idea and I'm so looking forward to following your progress and seeing what makes you happy (it fascinates me what makes others' happy)...
kate
ooops, 'others' minus the random apostrophe that made itself in...
ReplyDeleteThe quote in that image is one of my favorites! I try to tell myself as often as possible. Helps me to stay focused. What a positive thing to remind yourself of all of the things that make you happy. You can look back in months to come if you need a pick me up.
ReplyDeleteI love that quote too and I am hoping I can look back on this with fond memories and Kate - I am fascinated by what makes others happy too! N x
ReplyDeleteHow exciting sounds fantastic hun cant wait to read them all x
ReplyDeleteNaomi, your dedication to your process is truly inspiring. I can always be sure to find sunshine on your blog (I hope that is not too daunting for you or make you feel pressured to always be "up"!) I get that we all have mopey days - and winter weather doesn't help! - but it's how we roll with it that always counts. xxx
ReplyDeletesuch a beautiful idea. smiles.
ReplyDeletewhat a fantastic idea! I can't wait to read these posts.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love it.
ReplyDeleteI posted the same quote (in a picture also) on my blog only a week or so ago, dedicating the same notion to myself.. To try - at least.
xx

ReplyDeleteSounds like an absolutely fab idea, Naomi! Now I'll know where to come when I need a ``lift'' next month! Can't wait to hear about all the good things in your life (of which, I know there are plenty!!) ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous post for a gorgeous blog... Im your newest follower! Happiness and the pursuit of is something I many of us take lightly. I know I for one need to take stock of how fortunate I am in life and learn how to be happy and appreciative of what ive got, instead of focusing on what I dont!!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your additional input to my thoughts coming up in the next month ladies...looking forward to sharing the journey with you. N x
