Canon PIXMA and Ice Age 4 Movie Ticket Giveaway

These school holidays I have been receiving some extra help to keep the kids entertained with a lovely new printer and resources from Canon PIXMA and the Canon PIXMA printables website

We have had a Canon printer for years now and have always found it reliable and a great quality printer. I was delighted to have the opportunity to upgrade to the latest new Canon All-in-one wireless direct photo printer. It is black, sleek and has a great range of printing options.

Model: PIXMA MG6250

Canon has not only designed a flash new printer but they also have a website filled with great free printables to help you get creative with your cherubs at home. The idea's are fun, bright and all come with easy instructions. They have teamed up with Fox Studio's for the new movie Ice Age 4 to give you some extra themed free fun projects to do at home.

We spent some time during the holidays checking out the website and trying some of the free printables. They have options to help decorate a room, games to print out, ideas to get organised at home and party printables. We printed out the Ice Age 4 party hats, which would be fun to wear whilst watching the movie, we also tried some of the other crafts and Liberty and I had a great time creating 3D butterflies.

I also loved the Ice Age 4 Job Chart that I thought would be awesome to use to help get your cherubs to earn that ticket to see Ice Age 4 at the movies. What a great reward! Nothing like having a fun chart to use as motivation to get some extra help around the house :)

Now speaking of the movie Ice Age 4, which I have heard is a huge hit with all of my friends, I have one family pass to giveaway to a Seven Cherubs reader.

Well the day I suffered my first miscarriage my husband brought me the original Ice Age Movie. I did'nt really want to watch it as I was feeling numb, sad and extremely emotional. He said that its a kids movie and it will make us laugh... Yes it did make us laugh and cry and cry and cry.. It was just what I needed at the time to show me that no matter what you never give up on family no matter how hard things are and 13 miscarriages later I have two beautiful lil boys. Mr 8 and Mr 2.. We all watch the movies together and laugh and I still shed a small tear but mostly laugh with my lil men... I just hope that one day that lil prehistoric squirrel gets that acorn... poor lil fella.

My husband and I loved the first Ice-Age movie before we even had kids. Now that we have two kids it's nice to have some movies that we can watch with them that are age appropriate for them and enjoyable for us. To snuggle up together with a blanket and popcorn and laugh and giggle away together is the best feeling in the world. Renae Georg - rgeorg@facebook.com
