Olay Celebrates 60 Years of Skincare Excellence!
This year Olay celebrates 60 years of skincare excellence. Seen as one of the world's most valuable cosmetic brands that caters to all age groups and all skin types, with the various skincare ranges they create, they have over the past 60 years helped many women feel better about their skin and themselves.
I personally always start my day with Olay. I love Olay, I don't know what else to say! I have been using Olay on my skin since I was a teenager. I am one of those loyal Olay customers that always buys Olay even if I have the chance to try out other products. I always seem to come back to it as I love the feel and the familiar smell of Olay. I also love the current products they have available and that as my skin slowly grows older they have choices available to cater to my skin needs.
To celebrate the 60 years of success we are having an Olay Giveaway here at Seven Cherubs.

I have loved OLAY ever since my Aunty Heather gave me some Oil of Ulan moisturiser many many years ago. I think because it was the first one I ever tried, the name has always stuck with me. I've tried Regenerist Wrinkle Revolution, but unfortunately have been on a very tight budget in the past few years & have been surviving on a cheap brand. But I think Olay is such a trusted name, if I had the budget I would definitely be a regular customer!
ReplyDeleteI've had to be very good to my skin after years of caking on cheap crappy make up. I didn't realise the damage it was doing - I was only concerned with spending little money. Plus being on the pill doesn't help. So I've had to venture out and try all sorts of products, and I've had to be really good with the proper morning/night routine. I really do like Olay, among a few others I trust. I know them to have good quality products.
ReplyDeleteOh yes back to the days of oil of ulan....cleanse and moisterise to look after my skin :)
ReplyDeleteI have extremeley oily skin, after being to many skin specialist i have been told to only use moisturiser on my skin, so i dont wear any make up, i wear tinted moisturiser. But i love Olay, have been using Olay moisturiser for years and years because of my mum
ReplyDeleteYep, Olay is the best!
ReplyDeleteI love Olay. Have used it for the past 10 years!
ReplyDeleteDon't tell the chicks in the Myer beauty department, but I wash it with handwash or body wash (whatever is cheaper in refill form that week) and for exfoliation, I use a glove and just scrub.
ReplyDeleteIt works well for me. Cleanser and toner is just too much effort, and microbead exfoliators are daft.
I do moisturize though, Simple or Garnier BB Cream.
And then I noticed wrinkles. Now I'm lost.
I love Olay & I can honestly say I have seen a major difference since using it this past year. I have always used expensive stuff in the past & truly, none of them are half as good as the Olay total effects. I've even had great comments from my friends & family.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to win, Niki
Using Olay everyday allows me to not have to worry about makeup most days. My skin feels so nice and looks healthy so I don't feel the need to enhance it.

ReplyDeleteI am the Imelda Marcus of face creams. I love trying them all. The Olay range is super - my favourite being Regenerist. Moisturising is the key to keeping your skin hydrated
ReplyDeleteExfoliate with my Paula's Choice exfoliant and moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe OLAY, or as we used to know as OIL OF ULAN,has turned 60.It just goes to show what a quality product it is.I used to hover around my Mum's dressing table and watch her use it when I was a child and the smell was enchanting. Now that smell is my comfort smell and OLAY is my comfort product and you know it works.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway. Love OLAY products. My skin always feels SO much better after using their great products. My Nanna is a massive OLAY fan also :)

I follow a skincare routine that involves cleansing, exfoliating, toning and moisturising, plus I apply wrinkle and eye creams. I swear by Olay Total Effects, it's the best!
ReplyDeleteMoisturising day and night epecially now as I age as my skin is dry. When I go out I use a foundation and a cleanser afterwards to remove. I use an exfoliater once or twice a week and a wrinkle cream.
ReplyDeleteI must admit I don't really use anything on my face at all - I really need to start doing something as I will turn 40 next year and keep thinking olay is the way to go but it just never seems to happen for me
ReplyDeleteI avoid the sun directly on my face to minimize the suns affects of aging and try to moistorise regularly.
ReplyDeleteGood skin starts with overall healthiness.. a diet rich in fruit and vegetables!

I love Olay and used it everyday; have done since I was 14. I have super sensitive and pale skin and this fits the bill on all counts - love the SPF day cream. Non oily and protects me from burning.
ReplyDeleteDrink lots of water and moisturise twice daily
ReplyDeleteI try to do right by my skin but its not easy, no good genes here, its more lessening the damage. I always make sure I moisturise especially around my eyes
ReplyDeleteI have been using Olay since I was 15 and now that I am 41 I have very little wrinkles.
ReplyDeleteMoisturising sunscreen is the most important part of my skincare routine. I burn really easily and too much unprotected sun exposure can cause premature ageing and discolouration of skin so I try to be really careful with sun skin care!
ReplyDeleteI've always moisturised and used Olay products, have followed what my mum has always used. Since geting older i now try to keep my skin protected from the sun as much as i possibly can.

I remember my mum using Oil of Ulan when I was a little girl now I love the way Olay products leave my skin feeling. Cleanse, tone and moisturise religiously morning and night and you can't go wrong.
ReplyDeleteI always wear sunscreen and a hat under our harsh Australian sun, but even so this year I was treated for skin cancer around my eyes and mouth, a big reminder to me that I can't afford to be slapdash about looking after my skin!
ReplyDeleteClean your skin regularly: Ensure that you maintain a cleansing-toning-moisturising regime without fail. Always clean your make up before you sleep. Most importantly use the best products on your skin. You can go wrong with Olay and it won't cost you the earth either!
ReplyDeleteExfoliater and Moisturiser are my dynamic duo . try to stress less to keep the worry lines away and try to enjoy everyday as it comes
ReplyDeleteOlay addict here!

I try a lot of different products on my skin, and I have never tried Olay - so this is a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI started using it because my Mum used Oil of Ulan everyday and she had compliments on her complexion all the time. I haven't found anything quite as effective since. Would love to indulge in it again as I've only been using the basic cheap moisturiser lately and it's not doing the job!
ReplyDeleteDrink lots of water!
ReplyDeleteKeep it moisturised day and night, protect it from the sun and fresh fruit daily.
ReplyDeleteI always take off my make up and cleanse and moisturise everynight
ReplyDeleteGreat skin requires discipline.
ReplyDeleteExercise, hydration and moisture.
Morning sun and is a must.
Use products that you can trust.
At the moment, on days I manage to get into the bathroom I wash my face, wipe it with a face wipe (because I don't have time to for cleanser & toner) and moisturise with a 24 hour hydrathion lotion. I'd love to be able to splurge on skincare.
ReplyDeleteOlay isn't just a moisturiser and a skin care product, it's a family tradition passed done from my grandma to mum, to me and now my daughter uses it. Some products and traditions last generations.
